Greater London South East Scouts have recorded another year of growth, including a 4% increase in volunteers, according to the latest annual membership figures released today. Following a call out for more adult volunteers in 2017, 38 signed up in the last 12 months.

Cub Scouts up and down the country are celebrating 100 years of adventure with Cubs 100 Promise Parties – with some heading to major landmarks for the event. Last Friday exactly 100 years from when the Cub Scout Movement was launched – Cubs joined together with thousands of others to renew their promise.

By having 15” of her hair cut off, Beau Morton-Turner, from the 14th Bromley Scouts, raised money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and donated her hair to the Little Princesses charity which will turn her hair into a wig for a child suffering from cancer who has lost her hair.
