Iceland Moot 2017

The 15th World Scout Moot was in Iceland from 25 July – 2 August 2017 and brought together up to 5000 young adults between the ages of 18 to 25 from all over the world. GLSE are delighted to have had 8 members attend the Iceland Moot, which is the largest contingent we have ever sent to a Moot! Further details about their adventure will be available shortly. 

 

Roverway 2018

Roverway 2018 will be an awesome European adventure next summer in Holland for 16 – 22 year olds. Participants must be born between 3rd August 1995 and 23rd July 2002.
 
The County have been allocated a patrol of 6-8 people in the UK Contingent to Roverway 2018. For further details please click here.

 

24th World Scout Jamboree, USA, 2019

Congratulations to Mark Smith, Pauline Deacon, Becky Wray and Becca Sturgeon-Lewis who have been selected to be the Unit Leadership team.

GLSE have been allocated a full Unit of 36 Young People for the 24th World Scout Jamboree in the USA in 2019
